Professional, approachable and safety-conscious Team: I am a safety-conscious and people-focused professional with experience in customer service, healthcare support and public-facing environments. I have a strong interest in emergency first aid, health and safety, and providing appropriate assistance to people who may become unwell or need support. I recently attended Emergency First Aid training and am developing my knowledge and practical skills. I understand the importance of staying calm, communicating clearly, recognising when someone may need help, and acting within the limits of my training.
